Coach Jones Saying...

I'll start things out with a saying I heard a fellow Alumni say who swam for Coach Mike Jones:

Coach Jones used to say "You wanna be good... or you wanna be great?"

I really enjoy it, it's a simple comparison of what hard work can accomplish.  Yet, coming from a living legend in the swimming community, it seems to go so much further.
