Peter Linn Retires after 31 years of coaching!

The legendary EMU swim coach Peter Linn is retiring August 16th. Coach Linn has led the men and women to a ridiculous amount of Mid-American Conference titles over his 31 year tenure.  He ranks as not only the most successful swimming head coach in the MAC, but also the most successful coach in the MAC, period.  His retirement comes as both a shock and an expected outcome due to the poor choices of the Eastern Michigan University administration. Planning for his retirement party has already begun, this will be a huge celebration!  Thank you Peter Linn for all your years of service to the Michigan swim community.  You’ve developed countless champions, all of whom took those training experiences and applied them to life and work.  As we reflect on your impact in the region, we realize you have and even their own coaching careers.  We hope you visit EMU often!
